1. Reservations
Reservations can be made online via our booking form or by phone. For bookings made within 48 hours of the rental start time, telephone confirmation is required. Please note that reservations are made by car category, not by a specific model.
2. Age Requirements
- Categories B, B+, BCA, CA, CD, D, and D1: minimum age 23 years.
- Categories E1, E1A, SW, SWA, SUV, SUVA, 7-Seater, and 9-Seater: minimum age 25 years.
3. Driver’s Age Limits
The minimum driver age is 23 years, and the maximum age is 70 years.
4. Driving License Requirements
A valid driving license held for at least one year is required. EU driving licenses are accepted. Drivers from outside the EU must present both an International Driving Permit (IDP) and their national license. Only original documents (license, ID card, or passport) are accepted. Photocopies or emailed versions are not valid.
5. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are delivered with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same amount. Otherwise, refueling charges will apply. No refunds are given for unused fuel.
Vehicle Pickup and Return:
- At our central offices: free of charge, Monday–Friday 08:30–19:30, Saturday 08:30–13:30. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
- At Thessaloniki “Makedonia” Airport: free of charge, daily 07:00–20:45.
- Public holidays: surcharge of €20 (€30 for pickup and return).
- After-hours service: surcharge of €20 (€30 for both pickup and return).
- Other locations: available upon request, subject to additional charges.
6. Payment
Payment is made at pickup by cash or credit card. Rental extensions must be arranged and paid in advance.
Mileage and Fair Use Policy:
- Rentals of 4 days or more: unlimited mileage.
- Rentals up to 3 days: 150 km per day free of charge; excess mileage is charged at €0.10 + VAT per km.
Unlimited mileage is subject to fair use. Excessive or abusive use beyond normal rental purposes may result in recalculated charges.
7. Additional Services
- Second driver: free of charge.
- Child seat: €2 per day (reservation required; installed by the parent).
- Snow chains: free of charge; €15–30 fee applies if used.
- GPS: €7 per day (minimum €10, maximum €60; reservation required).
8. Usage Restrictions
Taking vehicles outside national borders is prohibited. Ferry transport is permitted only with prior written approval, and any resulting damages are not covered by insurance.
9. Traffic Violations
All traffic fines and penalties are the sole responsibility of the renter.
10. Rental Extensions and Early Returns
Renters must notify us at least 2 days before contract expiry to request an extension. Early returns are non-refundable. Delayed returns may result in vehicle recovery and additional charges.
11. Accidents and Damages
Any accidents or damages must be reported immediately. Failure to report makes the renter liable for all damages, even if full insurance was purchased.
Replacement vehicle time frame:
- 48 hours (September 15–June 14)
- 72 hours (June 15–September 14)
Services Included
- 24-hour roadside assistance.
- 24-hour emergency telephone support.
- Replacement vehicle in case of breakdown.
12. Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with deductible per category:
- €500 deductible: Categories B, BC, BCA (+24% VAT)
- €600 deductible: Categories C, CA, CD, D1 (+24% VAT)
- €800 deductible: Categories D, E1, E1A, SW, SWA (+24% VAT)
- €1,000 deductible: Categories SUV, SUVA, 7–9-Seater Minivans (+24% VAT)
Optional Full Coverage (No Deductible):
Available at an extra daily cost depending on vehicle category. Covers liability up to the deductible amount for added peace of mind.
Exclusions: damages to the undercarriage, tires, rims, windows, interior, burnt upholstery, or lost keys/parts.
Additional Glass and Tire Insurance: €3–4 per day, depending on vehicle category.
Insurance is void if:
- The driver is unauthorized.
- The driver operates the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or Drugs.
- The vehicle is used on unpaved roads.
13. Personal Data Policy
Renter data is recorded during the rental period and may be used in case of contract violations.
14. Cookie Policy
We use cookies to improve your browsing experience and to collect statistical data.
- Session cookies are deleted after you exit the site.
- Persistent cookies remain until deleted by the user.
- Third-party cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) may also be used.
